It wasn't bad, the hardest part was sewing the foam into place. It was a pain to get them relatively even (because they are totally not even).

but you have a "body"piece, wich you wear and on that "body" piece you put on the foam and the fur, am i correct?

Not quite, I'm only wearing my clothes under the suit. There is a dip of space where the foam takes up. I put the foam in that dip and take a piece of fabric to cover it (like a top) and then sew the top into the fur on the inside.

oh ok like a kind of sewn in pocket with foam but than on the inside of the fur in stead of your leg  o.o
