Surprisingly, I did most of this one while I was at a job (heh). Just felt an urge to revisit this character, and so here is the result. He's one of my oldest and best characters. He's getting funner to draw , although in different armor n stuff this time around. Really there is no set costume for the Barbarian Dead, the main thing is the character himself, and just the mood & idea. Hope u enjoy! You will be seeing more of him soon.Related content

No, but I get that alot on Barbarian Dead.
In some ways you can say he was a lil inspired by the Viking Spawn action figure (you know how they make so many cheesy 'extra' characters for the toyline) But all in all he's just a ball of inspiration and frustration that comes from me when necessary.

I love all the arrows and stuff in his back, very nice touch. Im interested in how long you have been drawing, ive only been doing it for about three years now, but i think im way under par in the skill level for my age, ill never be able to get as good as you.

This one was done straight to inks... I was definitely into it when I did it... started off as a simple drawing with a black gel pen... and then the whole thing turned out, so I got home and colored it in photoshop.

Yeah, mostly he's undead. Kind of a zombie like powerhouse, I have a whole universe and a story for him. I will be doing more of him very soon.

Honestly? You might be surprised what people would buy. If you can afford it, try making as many prints as you can, or just sell them IRL.
