It's was a calm, cool day. Ehyr had just finished a patch of small bitter flowers that he enjoyed foraging from time to time. As he ate his fill, it was time to find a nice spot to rest while he digests his afternoon meal.

A farmhouse loomed in the distance, long abandoned by those who built it. While Ehyr had heard tales of those that came before any dinosaur walked the planet, he could never quite understand what these were used for. Well today, he would use it to block the sun from him while he rested.

As he turned the corner to approach the shaded side, however, someone was already there! A red Cryolophosaurus with white stripes running the length of her body was already occupying this shaded area. Startled, she quickly sat up to face whoever would dare disturb her rest.

Nose horn forward and frill in full view, Ehyr was already on the defencive, incase the predator attacked.

She considered her options, but in the end, a nice spot to rest isn't worth dying to an adult bull styracosaur for, and otherwise she probably wouldn't have much luck taking him down without help. Hraesvelger decided to cut her loses and relinquish her resting spot to the intruding Ehyr.

It wasn't likely to be the last time they would meet, however.

Looks like I was lucky enough to encounter one of the two Wild Dinosaurs that are currently roaming on the Island, Hraesvelgr . Here's to hoping I nab her, cus she's very nice looking.
