Well she is the older sister of Morpheus , the king of dreams and Nightmares (The Sandman) and she is one of the Eternal beings that have existed since the beginning of the eternity.
So she is as old has creation itself.
In fact when the universe comes to an end she is the one who will have to clean up the space and lock the door as she leaves.
