Oh my...ARRGH!..how is it possible that I failed to stumble upon this until now??? This is pure genius to line them up with the respect to their reactions! 
Would be hard to pick a 'fave' Eggman in this case...I'd rather go with the first two starting from the left---since original in-game Eggman with his yellow cape makes him resemble a giant walrus (so his name wasn't the only thing borrowed from that song...) with teeth more dirty than mine!

It is epic as long it doesn't blend with one's face, giving enormous pointy yellow tooth effect...
I'm not bashing this early Eggman's concept, yet it lacks all the expressions and body language of his succesors. Oh yes, he had this "speaking" moustache in "Sonic OVA", but he loses on this ground with The Professor and Jamie Hynemann.

i guess i found this old school eggman good in a simplistic way, just like old school sonic was.

Aosth "robotnik" is more a Tex Avery/old comics design
and the evil SaTam Robotnik is way off (at least for me)

As far as I know, Eggman at his early stage was even considered cute enough to be an actual playable character (!!!). However, since series needed a villain, he was rejected from that post...
As for the second TV series...
I'm familiar with the Satam series (as far as the youtube resources allow), yet I heavily failed to find any enjoyment in it. While the infamous "Felix the cat: the movie" had a knack for showing off the most pointless plot ever, I did enjoyed watching it due to being the biggest on-screen bad acid trip ever. Satam not only invents gargantuan and heroic fanfiction in the place of a script, but it heavily defines characters and world in way that leaves no room for interpretation, as well as every actual Sonic character seems totally OOC from the perspective of time. AoStH managed to include multiple layers of present characters, so we had Tails=innocent child to protect, but also Tails=capable and reliable character. Satam has this sort of Tails that was quickly limited to being a burden that keeps smashing into trees every 5 meters and getting ambushed by enemies every 5 minutes! Oh, and "Totally evil and menacing Ivo Rrrrrobotnik!!!" being a sadistic dimwit rather than insane and creative inventor he is..... The worst and most annoying part is all the people who keep claiming that THIS (and Archie universe with its more characters than Sonic games will ever have) is the TRUE and ONLY storyline of Sonic history.....Bah, you should have seen what they did to Silver in these comics...Finally he has reached this ultimate heroic presence he never really got in Sonic games...yay...

Some time ago someone DID uploaded issue 195 where Silver jumped into action, yet it all got deleted due to copyright infringements. It seems that he is also present in the 196 issue which features....[link] SUPER SCOURGE!!!! Oh boy...I guess I'll stop complaining about Shadow with the green...oh wait...purple version of Sonic on the roll...

Well, technically speaking, both Satam and Archie at their dawn were supposed to be Sonic2-based 'stories' that by some Marvel spirit have blossomed into something as much heroic as virtually possible. In terms of Archie it soon has reached such scale that it makes even angsty Shadows game look like an innocent adventure by comparison. Remember all these Marvel comics principle of having at least one event that threatens existance of entire universe in its infinity? Well, in Archie series that sort of stuff happens every season!.
These recent comics don't look that bad---at least no Mammoth Mogul trying to disintegrate all of existance for some reason and after whole thing getting away with it. Though still, it has this "all key heroes got utterly defeated and now well-being of everything must be preserved by all those who were kept on the side-lines" event that keeps repeating itself throughout the series (though the peak was reached earlier with "Titan Tails" composed of infinity of Tails counterparts from infinity of alternate dimensions in order to save the universe as he was the last one standing!). Oh...and KING Scourge? Archie had the infamous era of a KING SHADOW already!!!
To sum this up, I'm sure that SEGA people are laughing their asses off seeing how this comic desperately tries to put together with their story all the stuff from increasingly bizzare games!

I remember an epsidoe for the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog (AoStH) TV series, where Dr. Robotnik was depicted as an Egg (Humpty Dumpty to be more specific) in a comic. It was really funny!

Yeah I know, AoSth Robotnik surrounded my life back in the day too. I never actually remember watching Satam when I was little, but according to my brother I did. I have a few Archie comics, but they aren't very good anymore so I stopped buying them. I wish they had Fleetway here in Canada... but it's European.
