Reminds me of EQ, where you have more diverse tasks in a group or raid. In this case the puller, who splits mob groups and brings them to the grp to be killed.
Rangers are quite in that good.

well you have a high chance in pugs to meet the one guy who brainlessly shoots stuff you never ever would have had to fight and then ofc blames the tank xD had it so many times i thought its worth a sketch ^^

Not only that, he also runs *away from* the tank, so you can't even pick the mob off him anyway. It's only the tank's problem if his AoE is only 20 yards wide, right? /s
