The same as the original prop (ish). The maximum length is 10 cm, from the back to the tip of the emitter nozzle.

Very nicely done. Have you considered taking the next step and designing one that is more interactive? I'd imagine that the 3D printer could make it as two attachable halves of a shell, from which you could install the necessary sound generator and LED emitter.

I actually designed it this way. The two halves are two hollow shells.
Then again, I don't know jack about electonics, so...

Yeah, I jumped the gun and posted before reading the description.
You can start small and make it into a sweet flashlight. There are enough cheap LED flashlights out there that you can junk for the components.

I will make adjustments to the printable model and will upload it, one day.

Just make sure you set to stun when you show it off.

What's the layer resolution like? I mean the body seems to have pleather texturing on it, and I'm wondering if that's deliberate or an artifact of the printing? If it's deliberate, how far off vertical/horizontal can you go before you get visible rasterization of the surface?

I use the default 100 micron setting. The texture is not deliberate, it's a result of printing and sanding.
