Prometheus-class, top-of-the-line tactical ship and one of my personal favorites. Appears in the Voyager episode "Message in a Bottle".

TBH, I didn't like the Picard series, and I liked Destiny, except the deus ex machina ending

Awesome artwork but correct me if I am wrong but didn't you mean Borg Invasion of 2381 . Also are you referring to all the Borg in the galaxy being transformed into Caeliar. Also a year after the invasion, the Federation was still dealing with the fallout of the invasion most notably the rise of the Typhon Pact .

No apologies necessary. Brother your memory is still better than mine;I actually have to tip my hat to you because I totally forgot about the most of the events to the Star Trek Destiny trilogy novels and other Star Trek novels. There is just so many Star Trek novels it is hard to remember the majority of them.

Could you supply a few more detailsfor us dummies who don't read any of the ongoing Star trek books or Star Trek online to explain who/what the Caeliar is/are and the Borg Invasion of - are you sure it was 2281 and not 2381? Because 2281 would be just after Star trek the Motion Picture and before the wrath of Khan whereas 2381 would be a few years after Star Trek: Nemesis. So clearly it must be different Borg invasion than was shown in either the TNG series or the movie First Contact. Inquiring minds want to know.

That last part makes more sense to me than the rest of that does. Man, as if series continuity wasn't complex enough.

Star Trek Series/Film Continuities:
Prime "Canon" Timeline: The Original Series, TMP, TWOK, TSFS, TVH, TFF, TUC, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, FC, INS, NEM, Post TNG/DS9/VOY Novels (the novels are "The Official Continuations", making them canon despite what others might believe)
Temporal Cold War "Canon" Timeline: Enterprise, The Original Series, TMP, TWOK, TSFS, TVH, TFF, TUC, The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, FC, INS, NEM, Post TNG/DS9/VOY Novels (the events of the Temporal Cold War created an altered version of the Prime Timeline when events in the 22nd Century were changed)
Online Timeline: Star Trek Online Game (the creators of the game have said that what they've created is an alternate universe, so events in it are not canon)
Kelvin Timeline: Star Trek, Star Trek: Into Darkness, Star Trek: Beyond (an already existing alternate timeline since certain background details, like Kirk's place of birth, don't match established canon details. The events of this timeline were altered by the arrival of Nero and Spock from the Online Timeline)
CBS-Timeline: Discovery, Picard (CBS have announced that their shows are part of CBS's new Prime Timeline, and that everything else, like TNG, DS9 etc... isn't the Prime Timeline. There are rumours that they're planning to redo the Original Series)

Correct me if I am wrong but essentially from what I m to understand; the CBS new Prime Timeline no longer consists of the shows fans actually care about and love. They really are trying to shove their new vision of the Star Trek universe down our throats; where is Q when we need him to correct this foolishness. I really wish Star Trek Axanar was made into a Star Trek series.

CBS are basically updating/rebooting Star Trek. Whatever came before is just an alternate timeline, rich with characters and events that they can alter to suit their needs.
If you want proof just look at the other three classic shows they have rebooted, MacGyver, Hawaii Five-O, and now Magnum PI.
CBS is planning more spinoffs, with Captain Pike amongst them, so don'tbe surprised when they announce the rebooted adventures of Captain Kirk and his crew (they already have a new Spock).

I am glad you mentioned the rebooted series MacGyver, Hawaii Five-O, and Magnum PI. I do not understand Hollywood's obsession with prequels/reboots; I know allot of fans like myself were hoping for a Star Trek Pike series and we got it. But I am just not feeling the need for yet another prequel TV series with Kirk and Spock; sorry but going back into the past to fill in gaps that were previously left unanswered or revise them holds little appeal to me as a viewer. At best, all a prequel can do is fill in the background. It doesn't offer any real surprises to fans because we know know that bigger and better things are going to happen down the timeline. Look what is happening with StarTrek: Discovery after two average seasons, have scrapped the past and plunged its characters into the far flung future like the series Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda and thereby invalidating the need to be called a prequel anymore.

CBS have announced Star Trek: Strange New Worlds, a new prequel series focusing on the voyages of the USS Enterprise NCC-1701 under the command of Captain Christopher Pike, with Number One and Mr Spock.
