The contrast and focus really help make the texture Great... I can already feel the wind blowing through my hair and feel the softness of the feather on my skin as I reach out to touch it... Thanks so much for sharing this...

Nice composition.

I think I like what you've done with depth, although it takes a moment to appreciate it, at first I believe my reaction was, to quote it in its erudite entirety: "meh."

At any rate, the concept is interesting, simple yet unique enough to stand out. Though, again, it takes a moment to get it. What made it click for me, was the title, which at first (being a child of the internet era and therefore having the attention span of rubber) I didn't notice at all. Now, *having* noticed it, I believe it (meaning the title) is really an integral part of the piece... and that's a rare thing.

Kudos, nice work. Even if it *takes* some work to understand it.

peace

Thanks! I think the dA isn't really a place to find audience for photos that take some time to open for you.

Well, no, but it *is* the home of the one sentence critique (some accomplished masters of the written word even manage to comment without saying anything remotely useful entirely, by posting one word and ten smileys for instance)

Heh, but on a more serious note, what I meant (I believe) is that perhaps you could consider adding the title to the picture itself? Small, subtle font, somewhere in a corner or the white border?

Just a friendly suggestion.

Hmm, that could be worth of thinking here. Idea is good, but I'll have to see if I come up with any good design for it. Thanks for the suggestion.

It's really interesting. I like the theme, friend. The B&W tones are great too.

Thanks. I personally like the simplisity here again. Just the type that won't get much exposure here in dA, so it's nice to know someone likes it.

Simple pictures often have a stronger symbolism than others, which is great
