Hehe your characters are so cool...
May I make a suggestion? Despite the fact that you've put the shadows in, the models still look a bit 'stuck on'. I know its really difficult to get the lighting right for things like this. Have you tried photographing them outside in daylight? I think it might give them a more natural look.
