Dang, that is crazy awesome. Another commenter said this, but the creature does remind me a little bit of an Alien, must just be the elongated head though. I really like the simple background, it establishes the scene without being distracting from the emphasis on the drawing. And that description is rather creepy.

Whoa, this is awesome! The pale colouring really lends a more sci-fi look to it all, which is what I think you were aiming at. Also, the creature looks like a cross between Alien and that six-legged thing from one of the new Star Wars movies. Damn...haunting.

i usually feel like there's something like this hovering above my head.
sometimes i wonder if individual consciousness is but and illusion caused by the limits of our biological minds, and if we are in fact all facets of a larger creature that we are unable to perceive because of our obsession with our individuality and self-preservation.
