After its burnt out husk was rescued by the keepers of madness after the second siege of the forge world Cyrene at the end of their crusade of redemption, the mechanicus reforged it in honor thier newly rdeemed chapter. Renaming it Deus ex Sanguinius, it fought alongside the keepers to clean up the mess left by the failed 14th black crusade and push the forces of choas back into the eye of terror. The most infamous battle the two were involved in were the cleansing of Ferrus, where choas forces heldgiant city that tok up half the planet and was surrounded by massive walls, thick void shields, and traitor titans/marines defending the walls. the imperial forces besieging the city were stone walled by the nigh impenatrable defenses and were stalling the campaign. in response, the keepers came up with a risky strategy, boading the entire chapter, all 756 marines, into the emperor class titan. they dropped into the heart of the city, smashing aside the thick void shields and immediately began laying waste to the enemy forces. After eradicating the void sheild generator and smashing aside titans and fortifications alike within the few minutes of thier arrival; enemy infantry forces began swarming the monstrous titan only to find it guarded by the elite assault specialists; they repelled every boarding party that tried to make a foot hold and disable its vital system. With its void shields gone and defense in ruins, the massive city fell within the night. The titan was nicknamed the tower of angels and became a mobile strongehold for the keepers and used it as a launching point of thier operations.
