(For white hair, you can use shades of blue to create shadows- his hair was originally grey. If you paint grey hair first, you can lighten and use contrast to produce a more white-hair-looking...well, hair LOL. Also, a layer above set on color reaaaaall helps ^^).

Composition.
He's looming and doesn't seem quite part of the picture - which is a shame as it's a lovely picture.
Ummm. It might be partly the point you cut him off at.
Looking at it, I could suggest perhaps adding more on the left, and continuing that branch so there's a branch or tree level with or very near to him, depth wise, to ground it all/add depth (currently feels like he's on a flat background). And/or adding a branch in front of him - there's a lovely arcing pattern of the branches moving down and away... they just don't quite stand out enough.
And perhaps - make the sky more clearly separate from the trees? It takes a bit of looking to see ... it all runs together at the back. OR maybe bringing some of the background colours into him, so they aren't so disjointed.
On closeup: petals are very good, work well with the grounding/depth/perspective.
I like the eyes a lot, um. And the jewelry, they are detailed and good colour choices.
Yeah, if you just look at the top half, you have near branch /him /background branches; it works well. The bottom half is a bit too ungrounded in perspective and drags the rest down a bit.
Either change the bottom part or make the near perspective 'stronger' by adding another branch or something.
Skin tones/shading - too uniform/plasticy for me (but might work better for manga style? Not so sure here as I don't like that look so much). Also the shadows aren't as strong as they are on the branches or his clothing, so the light source looks slightly different where the figure is concerned.
