Description A little shiny Axew (Kibago) for an art trade with ...I know the colors are a little off, but you try to find wool roving in the right colors. Yeah, that's what I thought.

Needlefelted ^.^ ...Don't know what it is? You should look it up! Fun fun fun... (I'll make a tutorial for it soon... once classes end this semester)

I'm actually not taking any commissions right now because I'm busy with work and classes. I keep my status updated on my profile page under "Art Status"

(pssst I think you meant ) It looks fantastic by the way ^o^

I'm not a particular fan of shiny Kibago, but shiny Ononokusu is like...transcendent...

Well, you should see how much better I'm getting at needle felting I just finished a Magcargo that makes me actually /like/ Magcargo. Yes, I know.

Yeah I saw that last picture you sent me...it is amazing! I was really surprised at how utterly stunning it turned out. Not just because of your talent (which I am super jealous of by the way ._.) but because it's actually so cool looking. I'm almost considering getting a Magcargo for my team, but there aren't any in the Dream World and I don't want to have to wait plus I've already got my Ponyta, Vis. (she's in a Dream Ball, isn't that cool? ^o^)

It didn't seem to take you very long at all either...although I guess I was doing fun things (like re-reading a bunch of my favorite fanfiction) during the time you were working on it, so I wouldn't really be an objective viewer.

I've been working on it forever... lol... the shell was quicker than the rest of him though. Since I had to make the eyes... and getting them to sit in his head right was difficult... and then the bumpy skin and stuff.

Very lovely work You made it perfectly!

How much are your commissions for these little felted Pokemon? They are totally adorable!

TheHarley In reply to OwlBulldog [2011-04-17 02:45:24 +0000 UTC]

thank you! They really range in price depending on how complex they are and how big... since some can take me 3-4 hours and others take me up to 20 hours... If you have any in mind, I could give you a better range though ^.^ (I'm working on making a general price guideline picture thingy for commissions, but I need to make a few more examples first)

Wow, thats quite some time. They are gorgeous though, and totally worth the hours you put into them I kinda know the feeling, when I do commission work I can sit there for ages drawing/perfecting it, haha. Too bad I don'y upload my commissions here (due to owners not wanting their ideas taken/shown, if its company work) :/

Anyway! How much would it be (individually) for a tiny Noctowl, Shiny Houndoom or Granbull? I want them as small as possible, so they can sit in my pot on my desk and cheer me on when I work xD (Or... don't work and get distracted by Pokemon, lol!).

TheHarley In reply to OwlBulldog [2011-04-17 20:51:23 +0000 UTC]

Yes indeed it is... but typically I just get so caught up in one Pokemon that I wind up doing far more detail than expected so I spend more time experimenting with how to get it to look the right way. Most of them take less than 10 hours ^.^ ...perfecting them, yes, yes, that's exactly what it is. I can understand why that would be a little disappointing to not be able to upload it, but understandable for the companies. I have most of my commission work uploaded, most likely due to the nature of the work I do on dA and the fact that the people I do commissions for don't own the images/names of what I make (and neither do I of course)... ahhh fan art.

I'm sending you a note right now about commissions ^.^
