An intriguing piece indeed!
The colors are balanced very well, and I really like the way you did her red hair! You make the fiery color look very natural on her, even if it's a color that could never be attained without hair dye.
Something I would suggest is to make her bangs a bit more curled at the end, to make the hair less stiff. Also, I'd recommend taking a closer look at the facial elements. The nose seems a touch large, and I feel as if the eyes are too high up on her face.
I always support using a reference, even if it's just to get those pesky faces just right!
Overall, this is a very nice piece! Keep up the good work, and keep improving!

My (awesome) feedback:
I love how you make the colors look great together. The drawing is also good and the hair is very well colored, not just with one color but many different reddish ones and give it a more realistic hint.
All I can recomend you for this piece is that the hand on the left (her right hand) looks a bit fat, just trace more the hand outline.

If you ever go to peru... eat "ceviche" it is like sushi (raw fish) but with lemon and chili. It's very good!
