Have been planning on drawing Lucien Lachance for a while now...Pencils, paint, white gel pen and photoshop.

Excellent work on Lucien here. I personally think he doesn't look that much as our dear Emperor. However I can see where they resemble each in this particular painting the dark lines under Lucien's eyes, that smirk could also be a clue and the black hood as well. Even though it's more like a poorer version of it. Anyhow great job did you draw with a pencil or something I would like to know unless it's a secret of course.Β

And yeah, I see what you mean
I used mostly a 6B pencil (i think) for the face and hood; black paint for the background; and a bit of white gel pen for some highlights. I also did a little bit of digital editing (mostly dodging and burning).
