Aww, practice equals improvement! :3 I certainly would know that, I could hardly draw that well at all before I joined DA, and have only gotten to this point though practicing each day, even if it doesn't turn out looking good. It help me learn a lot ^w^
And just for the record, I don't really think he turned out that good in this one XD I'm still slowly trying to learn how to draw him, as well as my OC persona, Bren, in the style from the movie. It's a big change from my normal style, but like I said, practice helps a lot!

Yay! Good Luck!~ ^o^ For starters, I would recommend maybe getting a screen cap. or official picture for whatever you want to draw from, and just practice drawing that for a bit. That helps me get a hang of the style a lot, and it's actually what I had to do with Onecie before I was able to draw this picture and the other, to get his eyes and face shape right ^^

Aww ...Well, if it helps at all, baby faces like his tend to have a more oval, egg-like shape when compared to other cartoon/anime faces, which tend to have more of a triangular shape from ear to chin. Just think of it as like drawing an egg! You can practice getting that shape right, and then add the rest of the features from there (I'm not sure what order you like to draw in, but for me it really helps to start out with the face shape first and then add things like eyes, hair, ect. ) And if that doesn't work, then you can always try drawing him in your own style or another style that you like ^w^ The only reason why I've been trying to do the movie style is because I really love experimenting/practicing with the styles that different people use. It helps me a lot. So don't worry about sticking to just one thing ^w^
