I drew a portrait!...and failed!
again...Aww man, I really have difficulties making portaits! D8 *sits in a dark cornor, cries a bit*
Oh well, I can clearly see all my mistakes in this drawing, so please don´t critize it too much. I KNOW it´s bad

Anyway. I believe it´s good for my practice. I´ve drawn animals for so many years, but barely drawn humans! (except from manga-characters) so I still need tons of practice!
This is my 2nd attempt trying to draw Gackt, and I failed both times. Even though I did improve since last time ^^'
I will keep working hard, and practice as much as possible.
Coloured pencils on crappy paper -__-*
Worktime: 3 maybe 4 hours. Not sure.

Well it's kind of a fail, but the colouring is AMAZING.
And the expression, and the detail.
Just that the neck and lips are not that good.
BUT IT'S GREAT ANYWAY.

i can see any mistakes too tell you the truth lol. i could never draw anything even remotely almost close to this. thats very good i think. but what do i know, im a writer lol

the hell can you say that's a fail O_O If this is a fail, i dread to think what my humans are XD I love the eyes *.* they look real! and the gentle shading of the skin; lovvit <3

the mistakes you spoke of are only minor compared to how great the rest of it turned out. i think you did a really awesome job on it.
you did really good on the coloring of the skin and hair . . . .the whole thing is colored really great actually but those two stand out to me

Look at me, I can do a bit of portrait but I have fear of shading the skin so all of my portraits sit shadeless.
