honestly, i just don't feel like coloring it. i barely finished the inks. for some reason i dread drawing now, i dunno if it's just that i'm lacking inspiration or what. every piece i complete makes me hate my own even more so. its a source of a ton of anxiety for me now.anyway, i'll try to get this colored soon, i started but this LCD is fucking with my eyes, so i stopped. maybe i'll try it on my old monitor later.
btw changed my siggy because... well, the h isn't there anymore.

It does pain me at times when someone has negative feelings toward their own art, but then I suppose I have little room to speak.
As one that had long enjoyed the works of others, might I just say that overall, the flowing hair, the ear, the figure, and whatever else are all wonderful.
As such, I have something of a request. I have recently come to the odd conclusion to start a long-term project, which requires one or two things I need to gather. This project is actually a gift for some friends of mine, of whom I own a great deal to. I have gotten the idea of giving them something back, and with your help I can do that. I simply ask permission to reference your work here for my project, which is of no personal gain to myself. And of course you shall get all the credit you deserve for what I do.
Thank you kindly, and I hope you have/will get passed that feeling of hatred.

Glad you approve, and I'm amazed that asking for permission has gotten so rare that when it actually is asked it gets thanks.
Odd, but not very uncommon.

Nice linework. Although the face/nose could use a wee bit touching up, its fine otherwise and would probably go well with a nice coloring job.

I like how simple it is. Nice, clean lines. I get sick of drawing, too. I haven't uploaded anything new in a while. Then again, I'm in school, so I spend a lot of time drawing stuff for instructors and not really doing stuff for me.
Now I just have to learn how to get more than scribbles on a page within five minutes while using charcoal... T_T

it's VERY cute. I really like the line quality. I don't think you even need to color it, it's nice and pretty in a simple way as it is. Don't stress too much, every artist feels that way about their' work (except loony ones), just keep on trucking! eventually something will make you happy, at least for a little while.

I feel the same way when I start drawing a peice now. It will fade, but I think you do need to take a break for the good vibes to come back.

I love this. Your lineart is wonderfully smooth, and the way you change the width of the lines adds a sense of depth and porportion, so none of the anatomy looks off. I'm so jealous of your hand anatomy ;; I have so much trouble with them, but your's are perfect. I can't wait to see this colored x3

If you feel as if you're dreading drawing, maybe you should just a take a break from it for a little while? Regain your inspiration or mojo or whatever you feel you need makes you happy to be artistic and creative. And then make a comeback with something new that'll dwarf all of your previous works.
