(most) People with feederism or fat fetishes are just into the weight gain aspect, with alot of people getting fat (feedees) willingly gain and enjoy it. My 600 pound life is about fat ruining their lives and in the history of the show only 1 feedee has applied and was denied. Feedee's consent and want to gain to a certain weight or gain until death.
