This is for an NPC contest. If he dosen't win I'll make him an OC. XDI named him Koipan. He is a seahorse merman. I did like three other color versions of him. I feel this is the best one. =3

I really love those blues and purples. Overall, the colors are just really nice and pleasing. And a seahorse merman is an awesome idea for a character. Would he be really small? XD

LOL He probably would. XD Maybe though I don't know how small. Like I think normal seahorse size is to small. Maybe he can be the size of a kid. XD
