Nice job with the backlight on the hair.
Interesting effect with the glow around her forehead and nose... makes it look like she is glowing from deep inside. Now THAT would be an interesting characteristic!
Nicely done!

In the U.S. it airs on adult swim, and yup its a fairly new show.
It's randomness is so out there, it's funny.
I am planning on writing a few rough drafts for my novel, so please watch me.
I will post them on here, XD. But later.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, good question.
I'm trying to be original, and stay away from fanfics. I am wanting to write an original story.
So far I have some ideas about rough drafts, but no idea how to start it. Should I introduce the main heroine?
Or introduce other characters first? J.K Rowling did it, but IDK. It is mind boggling at this point.
I may still write fanfics, but I won't expect them to be published, and that would help me in both writing and creativity.
When I have time, and IF I do during this Thanksgiving Break, I will come up with something and post it on here. XD.

Well... I don't know if this will help, but I once read that it's best to make the reader as immersed in your story's world as possible and gain just as much experience. So it's probably best to start with character that could lead the reader to get more information of what is currently happening in the story. Just like the way Harry Potter started with the Dursleys and then Dumbledore because at that time Harry was just a baby--if the reader were lead to experience things/the story through the baby's thoughts, they wouldn't get much information. I hope it helps.... I'm no good with lengthy explanation in English... orz

Hmm, maybe I should introduce some characters first besides introducing Elena, and then introduce her at the last minute and the stick with her.
Have some characters target to going to Starlight City, which is where Elena lives, and then open with her??? Crap, I don't want my ideas to sound confusing!!!!
I hope the transition between characters will be awesome and less confusing. I have it all in my head up here, been dwelling on some scenes.

She reminds me of the woman playing the Guardian from the Librarians series, Baird. That grin. Cool piece though.

Actually, it's a TV series that's currently running on TNT. But it's based on series of movies. Just type it in on tumblr, facebook, or TV tropes. They'll have more information about it.
Basically, the premise is that those old legends and myths that people have shared over the years are true, and to keep the balance of power from tilting too far into danger, a group of very smart (Though not all of them ethical.) deal with these dangers. They're the Librarians. The leader is motormouth guy, who is often gone than not lately, the Baird Character, who's more of the action, being the Guardian. Then John Laroquette is the cranky assistant. Then there's the younger team, an art savant who's a fighter, a girl who's a basically a walking computer, and the third guy, who makes thievery look like just a stroll in the park.
So that's the start. They're on Season 2 now, so I tried really not to give any spoilers.
