I tried to branch out a bit from the typical cosplay/costume photographer and add a bit of acting in. Still testing out my newbie skills. (I was aiming for an internal expression, like Lara's finally had a moment to herself on the island and is collapsing under the weight of her situation and begins to cry.)You can read more on the making of the costume and see more photos here ---> [link]

I dont normally like Lara croft cosplay because I am very picky with it. Im always afraid its cheesy and just another girl in Lara getup. But this caught my attention and I gotta say the realism and emotional as well you can see the strain physically and emotionally. Beautiful work.

Thank you, I sincerely appreciate that. I tried something different with my shoot as I get bored with the same ol' portraiture. I also grew up with Lara Croft and wanted to do my girl justice.

Well you definitely did. I havent done a shoot for her yet because of that fact I want it to be as realistic as possible, been her fansince I was 6 when she first came out! Almost 24 now
