Description
The general verdict on Shining Legendary Pokemon is that, color-wise, they suck. I personally have taken a liking to the three Beasts' palettes, especially since the shiny promo ones have cool movesets.
Who's a 'useless beardcat' now that it can use Aura Sphere, eh?
Raikou is a Pokemon, which is (c) Nintendo, Game Freak, Ken Sugimori, etc. etc.

I faved this because u respect raikou after he went through all of that rejection put on him. Suicune gets a game version while entei gets a movie. Raikou? NOTHING!!!

I once wanted to form a team using all the first-generation Legendaries. The only thing that stopped me was so many had a shared element.
The way I see it is what works for one trainer may or may not work for another trainer.
