I drew one of my favorite birds. It's so pretty. ;_; I remember seeing this guy the first time Pokemon came out on the first episode, I loved it.One of the reasons I wanted Gold instead of Silver, I just think this thing is just gorgeous. I still love Lugia though.
Anyway, I think I can safely say that this is one of my better work submissions. I placed quite a bit of effort to this one. I know the proportions are off. I was also expermintating with some brushes on GIMP, but it was just a bitch when it came to that, lagging up and such. xD

I'm one of those rare people who LOVES Ho-oh AND Lugia equally
Even if the 2nd movie made me get Silver and Sousilver (not only because of Lugia, but I'm also a Ninetales and Skarmory fan (they are version exclusives. also because Cyndaquil is my personal fave fire type in Johto to use (though recently I'm growing to LOVE Chikorita's line), I LOVE this rainbow Pheonix A LOT
