Edit: I removed the background until I figure out how to make something presentable.I felt like uploading this. And also I need some advice. I kind of suck with Backgrounds I don't know how to do two things. A splash effect, and a beach. xP You can tell me if you know anything useful to fully drawing those two, I can update it later. xD
Anyway I've been wanting to draw Keldeo, I hope you guys like it. xP
Took bout 6 hours to make.

The problem is that the perspective of the beach makes no sense. It looks like a wall. if you would show the sky as well it would make more sense.

Thanks, something just came in my head to make the pic a lot more presentable. I think I'm just going to make it a transparent background until I'm done with it. xP
