So I was talking about Minecraft with , and discussing what Minecraft would be like with a Chainsaw. Because, you know, that's what she's into . And eventually I came up with this idea. *DarkJak 's initial worries of the game being made too easy with a chainsaw have been allayed with the requirement of having consumable Redstone in your inventory.I even made the pixel art for the Chainsaw to look like DJ's chainsaw ! Hmm, I wonder if you can reskin weapons...

This would break the feel of minecraft - you are alone (save for the enemies and animals) with only the ability to create rather primitive tools and objects, the most advanced you can get is the magical element of redstone, and even then you can create major things

Oh, and chainsaws aren't very good when attacking zombies. Once you run out of fuel it just weighs you down and you're defenseless. It's even worse when you're running from them. All that fuel and the weight of the chainsaw slows you down too much. Never use a chainsaw during a zombie apocalypse.

you can reskin them, Try to mod the weapon into the game, It would be rather hard, But have a go, never try never know

I feel like, even with a 12 iron cost, its OP. Maybe the current recipe is for a blade, which can wear down, and then another thing for the handle?

I would like some machines that require redstone to be run. It'd be a good use of all this redstone I don't use.
But like others mentioned, I wouldn't hold my breath on a chainsaw meeting minecraft. It seems out of place.
