"Ten thousend years after the Horus Rebellion, the former Primarch now only know as the Darth Vader still continues the hunt for the last Rebels of the Jedi Legion. Though Chapter Master Vader managed to defeat his former mentor Kenobi, this was not before the traitor managed to indoctrinate Vader's own children, from before Vader was re-united with the Emperor, in the Sorcerous Arts of the Jedi Legion. They now keep the Alliance of Rebels going, and even try to reform the Xenophile Jedi Legion.
From their Ancient Mobile Battlefortress the Deathstar, Darth Vader and the Imperial Stormtroopers continue the Hunt.
Though the Stormtroopers' Legion is now reformed in a Chapter (mostly) in compliance with the Codex Astartes, unofficially the Stormtroopers work very close with their daughter-chapters. Often these chapters get a gift of ancient technomagic from the ancient archives on board of the Deathstar at their founding. For example, the Chapter of Emperor's Cold Fury, better know as the Snowtroopers, got remarkable stable plasma weapons and Powerarmor optimized for cold conditions. Here we see them with nobody but Darth Vader himself, who had to transfer to a dreadnought after too many injuries sustained in battle."
"Oh, the Snowtroopers are also known as the Imperial Snowmen - but not to their face, especially not with the rising infamy of the cruel rogue Psyker Elsa the Frozenhearted and her snowdemons."
