I wasn't sure what to name this little bb...and still I dunno but I went with "Elle" (like element ahhahahahahhahahaahahaha A+) I at first only drew this because someone (Makise) was asking if they could watch me draw aha. I wound up taking more time on it than I meant to but I like how the bubbles on the dress came out and the glow on the wings. Anyway yay new lil OC thing.
