A blind rune crafter.... Doesn't come immediately to my mind, do you remember anything about the illustration itself?

It was on a table and they were drawing a circurlar glyph with a story about how they need to pratice it constantly and with precision else it can go horribly wrong if i can recall correctly it was a little bit before forced pacification...

That is a super intriguing concept, I think that artwork was probably made by someone else however.

Huh. I honestly thought it was yours because the style was very similar to yours and the lore snipet fit your style of prose.
Well there goes that bit of thread... no matter ive had to weave with less i can make it work...

Nice picture and description! It's kinda funny that my Nightshades work in the exact opposite of you Moon Serpents! By day they are practically invincible, using shadows as armor and creating beasts of unimaginable strength but by night their power wanes...

Yeah, that is pretty fitting, dig it! I can imagine a battle scene where like the sun has just gone down and then you see these things appear from behind the ranks.
Well they aren't called moon serpents for nothing. Moon magic becomes impossible to conjure when the moon isn't visible in the sky, the more full the moon, the more powerful moon magic is at that time. Also if you think about it, at night, literally everything is under a giant shadow.

That's true.
Β Β Β Β For mine the sun is the source of their power as there are no/limited shadows at night. Technically night is the shadow of the earth but you still need light to give it form! In utter darkness my Nightshades have no power and their shadowy powers are weak against fire plus too much light limits their shadowsΒ sizeΒ so more isn't necessarily better!
