Description
Unohk (OO nohk) Medium four-eyed flying reptile, Neutral. Numerous species of flying reptiles exist on Keta, in a wide varieties of colors and shapes. Unohk is the broad description of these creatures. There are no extant feathered birds native to Keta. The unohk fill this niche. Some are the size of a Terran hummingbird, while some giants in the tropics have a wingspan in excess of twenty feet. The unohk represented here is also called the Greater YeBoch-Arim Chrill. The name chrill seems to come from an approximation of the unohk's sharp cry. All unohk are predators, some snapping up insects, some, like the chrill, subsist primarily on fish and small water-borne animals. Smaller species of unohk are commonly raised and harvested by the millions as one of the most common food sources on Keta.
