Growing Pains

That night, Harriet couldn’t sleep. She and her friends all lay on bedrolls covered by sleeping bags on the floor of the Shrieking Shack’s sitting room. She was plenty comfortable, but her mind was racing.
Everyone else was sound asleep, of course. She sighed, really wanting someone to talk to. She supposed she could wake one of them. She did feel as though she should talk to Hermione about what had happened.

Honestly this series you are writing is the best fricken thing in the world. I've read it twice over now and just... wow.
You've given new light to Harry Potter not only with the genderbends, but with amazing characters and story added into it.
Seriously I absolutely love every aspect about this whole series and when ever I read my actually Harry Potter books I find myself asking where Professor Howe and everyone else are.
I bite my nails waiting for the next instalments and I literally drop everything to read them.

And Professor Howe? Like, brilliant. I love him. Perfect guy.
Daniel too, just fantastic. And the American students are just so cute, I want to hug them all. I love the added twist of the American war, it adds more depth and I can't wait to see what comes next. It drives me crazy thinking about it. I wish I could just buy it all and binge read it to the end. But it's always an amazing surprise to see new chapters. Geez I'm gushing but I just love it so gosh darn much.

Haha, ahhhhh Kinney, Kinney, Kinney... the villain the series truly deserved. I always found Voldemort an underwhelming villain. At least after he finally came to power. He was much more effective in the earlier books when he was this mysterious force of darkness.
With Kinney, it's never clear what he wants, nor what side he's on. Well... not entirely true... he's always on his own side, lol.

Ok where to start from?!
First of all the gala was amazing 😍😍😍
I loved the build up.
Finn's talk with harriet was pretty intense, it was quite clear that he still liked harriet and I guess it would have escalated to something more had they not been interrupted 
Fred was a prat in this one, but to be fair he didn't know what exactly harriet was going through sooo I guess he should get the benefit of doubt in this one.
Daniel was a sweetheart in the whole thing! His love for harriet is finally clear for all to see
Rita finally got what she deserved! I LOVED the whole idea❤❤❤
Though does that mean that it was broadcasted everywhere in the magical world? And was sherrod involved in it too?

Yeaaaaaaaah, Finn's had a lot bottled up for a long time. Well, he was also getting back at Skeeter for what the article did to his brother, but it was Harriet asking for help that set him down this path. And oh no, we definitely haven't seen the last of him
Lol, yeah Fred messed up hard... but I think it's safe to assume that had he known what Harriet was going through, he wouldn't have even considered that. Love tends to bring out the stupidest parts of all of us... lol.
Ohhhhhhh things will get interesting for the Dursleys soon, I'm sure...
Ohhhh yes... had so much fun with that part. It was more or less, lol. And nope, that was all Finn's initiative, with Colm's help. Rita Skeeter, one of the nastiest characters in HP history just got taken down by a Muggle.

Yeah, we had a sort of behind the scenes discussion on microphones. Part of the problem is the lack of consistency in canon regarding how that stuff works. So basically, we just figured in the wizarding world they have their own versions of microphones that work on magic, and they just call them microphones, stealing the term from muggles :-P.
