I didn't notice the web while taking the photo haha I'm a little obsessed with bokeh. I don't know why.
You should be able to take pictures like this with a f/1.8 lens.

I don't think I can afford to buy anything right now, photography-wise, since I'm starting university this year and need to buy a new laptop. But I'll try to keep it in mind if I ever do get round to buying new lenses.
