Description INCONSPICUOUS!

So I was searching for Sweeney stuff and found this one artist, . I LOVE the way she draws him. A lot. So I thought I'd try out the style for myself.

I'm not gonna lie, I watched the entire broadway on youtube. .__.

The design is more based on the George Hearn version as far as clothing/hair goes. I can't say I have a favorite version, though. I mean, both were cool. Hearn was a little... over/under dramatic at the wrong times. But as the play went on I began to get used to it and really enjoyed the performance.

Eh. For me, Sweeney Todd is one of those things where none of the versions are really THE Sweeney Todd. ST is more like a fable or a story that's based on truth from way back when that's been turned into countless stories.

Eeee.

He's adorable. And the way you drew him looks a bit like how Johnny Depp'd looked if he went with the Hearn look for the movie. Or something, I don't know.

Great piece, though. Looks spift!

I like the way you took George Hearn's version for the hair and clothes. It goes really well with the stick thin figure and the expression on Sweeney's face. I really love how you drew his eyes!

I just did. She does have a really neat style I particularly like the "1000 years of snow piece".

I bet he married a beautiful woman and had a little girl named Johanna and had the perfect life until Alan Rickman came in as a judge and wanted the wife for himself to he accused Sweeney of something he didn't do and banished him from London on false charges and while Sweeney was away the woman was forced to live with him until one day she couldn't take it so she poisoned herself and the judge and Sweeney comes back to hear his wife is dead and his daughter is living with the judge so he devotes his live to talking revenge on said judge.

-INHALE-

That's just a guess, though. xD

I thought you were trying to figure out the reason for his insanity.

But that could have definitely helped. Dx

Haha, great job on his expression.

I watched the entire George Hearn/ Angela Lansbury version on YouTube too. I just wish it weren't so cut up. Plus, it was missing a couple of songs.

I don't know which version I liked better either. They were both excellent, in my opinion.

Undeniable, you mean?

<3 That is ridiculously amazing. The style is really cool; have I mentioned how good you are at copying other peoples styles? I'm terrible at it. xD

YES. I do.

Thanks a lot! And actually, I'm only good at drawing in styles that I like. That can be a problem, at times. >_>;
