YEAH I DUNNO. Another quickie Smogon request. s'good practice.

It's a little messy, but I'm pretty okay with it; I'm trying to improve my speed a little without totally throwing quality to the wind. Latios is a pain to draw, though. Only reason I did was that the only other option in the request was SALAMENCE and no way I was doin that one. X); hate Salamence.

So yeah. My own take on Draco Meteor. After I got the request, I looked up the anime and game representations of the move and was like 'whut. it's just plain old meteors raining from the sky? WHERE IS THE 'DRACO'?' Didn't really know what I was doing but OH WELL.

Fussed around with the color a lot- it's really not clear what colors are really 'dragon'- but eventually kept it as the bronzeyorange, upon viewer support for such. Hopefully it doesn't look too much like a Fire-Type attack instead.
