Description Well, more like it's about to use it, I suppose.

Bit of requested Pokémon art. Sorry about the lack of arts these last months; I think I might finally be coming out of my slump. I'm mostly delighted with how darn fast it came out. Effects are a bit messy; may touch them up eventually.

Those who reference lazers or the charging thereof will be shot.

Alright um...I can figure out the shape. You're good with drawing an outline, but the shading and the shape makes it a little difficult to tell the outside shape of it.
