Meadow, I think Leaf-fall is allowed to freak out... She just lost her tail... <.<
The text on the page makes it sort of self explanatory... I love Meadow's face in this though.

In today's page, Water learns that she doesn't do bushes. bushes are frustrating. Zooming in on bushes is bad. Drawing bushes with all their individual leaves is too hard and should never be attempted. Bushes delayed this page. I'm sorry you waited because of them and they still are average bushes.
It's incredible how frustrating it is to draw canines now... The long muzzle is really frustrating, because the muzzle is both curved and incredibly angular. I made it through though.

Wow, it had finally come out! The thing I like the most about your style is the way you do the markings on the catsI just love it. I'd say that in my opinion the page looks a bit confusing with these two panels on each side of the main one.
Leaf-fall looks so cute with this sad expression... ^^
And I know what you mean - backgrounds are pain, especially if You're doing them with details..

I like the details in how you colored the fur and grass, it gives it an interesting texture. The comic layout could be better, especially with the large chunks of text. The key to successful comics are ones that SHOW and don't TELL. I'd avoid these chunks of text in the future. I'd also suggest pushing the poses of your animal characters if possible, and making sure they take up space-the cats in the middle don't take up much space, leaving a good amount of negative space-which I feel weakens the page. However, great work on animal anatomy and coloring! Keep drawing!

Thanks for the feedback! I've never actually done a comic before and usually am a writer, this is a challenge for my artistic skills. My goal in keeping the cats small was so I could keep the dogs in the picture while keeping proportion.
I would appreciate it if you could elaborate on what you mean by "pushing the poses."
