Abilities/ Strengths:
Kali is quite nimble and, contrary to her skinny physique, possesses peak physical strength.

Kali can survive most fatal wounds. She is also able to quickly heal damage done to her by drinking the blood of any living creature killed specifically by her.

She possesses four arms, which allows her to wield several weapons at once. It also makes her a formidable opponent in hand-to-hand combat.

Physical Weaknesses:
Kali cannot regrow whole parts of her body. If she were to lose a limb or appendage, she will need save the part, sew it back on, and then drink the blood of something she has killed in order to heal it.
If the severed part were to be lost or destroyed, she cannot replace it using the same part from another person. It must be her original body part.

If the blood she drinks is not from a dead person or creature or is from something that was killed by another individual, it will not heal her.

While able to regenerate most damage done to her body, Kali cannot survive having her brain damaged or destroyed.
She'll also die if she is decapitated.

She can succumb to blood loss.
If she were to be cut/ripped in half, had her body crushed or a giant hole blasted through it, she will die. It may not be immediately, but it will be far too much damage for her to be able to heal in time.

Kali's flesh is just as durable as an average human's.
She also needs to eat and drink just like anyone else.

A more bizarre weakness of Kali's is water. For some, unknown reason, being soaked in a large amount of water will temporarily weaken her, stripping her of her strength, speed, and stamina. Kali is also incapable of swimming. The moment she lands into a large body of water, she will sink straight to the bottom. Unable to float or swim, even if she knew how.

Personality:
Kali has a rather upbeat and happy demeanor with regards to almost everything. Even the most disturbing of things. She very rarely ever scowls or frowns. However, when Kali does grow sad, or begins to cry, she will quickly hide her face inside her hood. Despite seeming to be an adult, she behaves very childishly.

She is surprisingly very friendly and wont attack anyone outright, so long as they do not attack her first.

However, if you attack her for whatever reason, she will attack you back.
She will not do this out of spite or a desire for revenge. She sees killing each other as some sort of twisted game.

She worships the Destruction deity Mia.
While Kali has never actually met Mia in person, she sees the deity as something of a mother figure and is desperate to do her bidding.

She is quite naive and strangely innocent. Not understanding how the world or people work. She'll believe most lies told to her, so long as they don't conflict with her personal beliefs. She doesn't even seem to fully understand just how horrible her actions can be. She sees death and destruction as actions that please Mia, and that's all she's focused on.
She does not seem to mind the destroyed world around her at all. Even finding it to be beautiful.

Kali loves the color pink. She thinks it's the most beautiful thing in the whole world. She also adores dresses. The only thing, aside from serving Mia, that she wants most is to find a pink dress to wear all the time.

Even though she's terrible at it, she really enjoys dancing.

Kali's favorite food is rotten apples. For some reason she loves the taste of them.

Backstory:
Some time before the apocalypse began, Kali was born into a cult who worshiped Mia, the Deity of Destruction. Their ultimate goal was to aid Mia in bringing about the complete destruction of the world. Not much is known about this cult, or Kali's place in it. One thing that's for certain is that every other cultist was brutally murdered a long time ago. Their mutilated skeletons littering their now abandoned lair.

The reason for Kali's inhuman abilities and how she's stayed young all these years is, as of now, unknown. However, it is undoubtedly linked to the cult and their practices.

Other:
Her main goal is to kill Equinox. Or, at the very least, stop them from reaching the Resting Plains.

Don't give her any sugar or caffeine. She'll become extremely hyper.
