you really should put comments below your work. i'd love to know how much time you spent on a piece and htings like that.... anyway, this looks great! any flaws i would attribute more to how stylized the drawing is (that is, manga doesn't really follow real proportions) and the detail in the hair and shirt and eyes is wonderful! i love the softness in this piece, the slight greys match her expression well.
