I really don't know what's up with my use of rosy backgrounds lately...O_O;;Zeboim and Chemosh, gods of the sea and dead, respectively. Uncanon pairing, I know, but I think they look cool together.
Zeboim is easily one of my favorite DL characters, because she acts very...real. As in snotty and tempestuous and vain just like the little princess goddess of evil she is. I like unlofty god characters. She's cooler than Chemosh, anyway. Plus her name sounds like some Old Testament hero or something.
And my right hand hurts...shouldn't have tackled over half the painting in one day....ack...

But Chemosh is pretty cool. Have you read the Dark Disciple trilogy yet? Chemosh's personality is explored quite a bit. He's actually quite... well, quite sweet. In a possessive, obsessive, walk-all-over-the-one-you-love kind of way.

It's funny at the beginning of the first book he's like, "All I've got are old people worshipping me. >:c and throwing dead cats at me. wtf."

Oh yes. One second he's insulting him, the next "My dear brother!" XD Love makes fools of us all. I was all "Awwwwwww" when he thought Mina was dead. What was the quote again? "No mortal, not even a dead one, should see a god cry". Up until that point, I wasn't really sure if he loved her. I always get all mushy when the bad guys fall in love and show their tender sides.

That part got me too. He was distant and controlling, but when he thought she was gone I just...*sniff* *pats the man...er, god*
He's a weird fellow. At that point it seemed like he wanted to love Mina as an equal, but once she starts getting her superdivine powers he's like "gr they like you not me wtf I shall boss you around to show you who's boss >:C"

Nah, he's probably afraid that she'll surpass him and become greater than him and then she won't love him any more 'cuz he's so far beneath her...
And that bombshell at the end of Amber and Iron! O___O Mina's a God of Light!

Looks like you had more inspiration for drawing Zebiom than you did for Chemosh - or you had more fun, anyway. She looks amazingly evil, AND you made her look good with bright green eye-shadow.

Yeah, Chemosh is kinda by-the-Anne-Rice-book, Zeboim not quite as detailed in the book (either that or I totally missed her descriptive paragraph). What can I say? I love dresses.
Now that I look at her, she reminds me of...*snaps fingers* Tia Dalma from POTC.
