after a few weeks of training with taylor swift, gillian anderson was finally after many years able to control her levitation ability a bit more, including being able to float in the air at will, and also how to keep herself from floating every time she sits down (a problem that even taylor had never heard of before.) gillian was now at the stage of learning advanced human flight techniques, to learn how to "fly like demi moore" as taylor says. but these lessons proved stressful as the pair reached significant altitudes over the city.

"i told you not to look down" said taylor as she rose in the air like a balloon.

"oh my god, put us down! put us down!" said gillian in a panic as she watched her feet get farther and farther away from the city below."

"i can't put you down, i'm not even the one lifting you up" said taylor. "you have to do that yourself if you want to go down."

"no, pull me down. if i let myself down, i'll drop straight down and then i'll die!" said the increasingly agitated gillian.

"not if you just calm down. please calm down" answered taylor, trying not to sound annoyed with her to avoid stressing her out more.

"hey taylor!" said a familiar voice off in the distance.

"oh god! help me!!!!" screamed gillian as she looked to the ground again, her arms and legs flailing wildly in the air.

"stop looking down!!!" yelled taylor firmly. "hi selena" she called out in the distance in a softer tone.

"what? who's that?" asked gillian, looking around the area as she struggled to stay upright. in the distance, selena gomez was nearby, flying happily in the air, drifting closer to the pair.

"i didn't know you were flying around up here" said selena to taylor, before realizing what was going on. "oh sorry, are you in the middle of a class?"

"kind of" said taylor. "you can stick around, but we're kind of busy here."

"hey wait!" said selena upon recognizing gillian. "your scully, aren't you?"

"i'm sorry, i don't think we've met" answered gillian as the two introduced themselves, gillian momentarily distracted from her panic.

"selena, you had a problem with heights when i showed you this, can you help her out here?" asked taylor.

"sure" said selena. "gillian, what helped me get over the height is that i looked straight down."

"oh god!" screamed gillian again.

"selena!!!" shouted taylor.

"no, i'm serious" said selena, trying to calm gillian down again. "just look at the earth below you long and hard, and see how it's gravity has no hold on you. you've conquered it enough to get all the way up here, and now you're free."

gillian stared long and hard at the city beneath her and regained her composure, as selena and taylor joined her by her side as the three ladies hovered weightlessly hundreds of feet in the air.
