I wonder if they'll try to find a way around the "only 12 regenerations" barrier. Because if the new guy makes 11, they don't have a lot of wiggle-room now... >.>

I have heard that the 12 regen rule was out the window as soon as the time war was over.... something about the 12 regens being a choice made by the time lords so that they weren't immortal....

I think it was on a forum somewhere.. not even sure all I remember is that the master has regenerated way more than 12 times

yea the master keeps stealing the bodies of others so he can re-gen more times. i don't see the doc stealing a living person's life

I watched some of the series, and I kinda don't like this newest doctor. The eleventh one. It looks like their going more "emo" as I joke every time I see him.
<__< The last one suited him a lot. And 9th doctor.

I still haven't seen this series.
I been too lazy and poor to buy DVDs of this, and then go to brag to my friends about it.
I been hearing lots of great things about this show.

A le revoir, je dirais qu'il faudrait rΓ©gler la taille pour que chacun d'entre eux aient la mΓͺme taille.

How many parts of the series have been translated to French ?

ThePandamis In reply to Annomaniac [2009-01-11 14:27:40 +0000 UTC]
Not a lot. Just the new serie, with the ninth and tenth doctors. That's how I got into the serie. The fourth season (with Donna) has just been translated. (I heard one season of the seventh doc was translated but I never saw it)
Thanks to a friend, I obtained many episodes of the classic series.

Gonna be hard to fit another doctor after this new guy...
I think they need another old doctor, look at the sequence...

Yes, it looks like he's becoming younger and younger.
I liked the "old" doctors. William Hartnell, Patrick Troughton and Jon Pertwee are excellent.
