King Aultcray Melromarc XXXII of Melromarc: Surprisingly he's only in power because its suppose to be his wife in charge of the nation as Melromarc is matriarchal country, although he is capable of ruling

Queen Piña Co Lada of the Empire: It took great amount of convincing to the JFDS to reform the Empire as a monarchy. They agree since the gate no longer works, cutting them off from their Japan, thus they can't get the supplies they need for their weapons and equipment. She also promise them positions of powers based on their merit

Fuhrer King Bradley of Amestris: He was more than happy to become a member of the council. One of the reason is for finding more knowledge for the State Alchemist

King Augustus Kira Clover XIII: He views that the council to promote the importance of royalty

Queen Cornelia li Britannia of Area 11: Considering the promise of supporting one another as she needs help until she can control the 11's and against Zero as her home of Britannia is gone.

King Bartra Liones of Britannia: He was at first not sure about the council but decided to join as he fears the return of the Demon Race

King of Midland of Midland: joining the group as a sense of normality, according to him its due to a stressful war with an enemy nation that no longer exist in Battleworld

Ainz Ooal Gown of the Sorcerer Kingdom: Most of the members view him as a threat after he overthrew Barbaros and due to being undead. However, Bradley, Bartra, and Cornelia try to convince the other members that he be a better replacement to Barbaros because how quickly he overthrew and seems to properly manage the nation.

Rimuru Tempest of the Jura Tempest Federation: There was talk of allowing him to join but most members view the slime as a joke until he help Ainz overthrow Barbaros. Now an emissary was sent to allow him to join and are waiting for his reply.

Lord Death of Death City Domain: The council were a bit hesitant to ask him to join due to his age and inexperience, however they think they can change that by having him to change the government of his domain into a monarchy and having him as king
