I've been meditating on this image for a long time now. I'm so glad I finally got to finish it! It goes along with my novel The Willow Door And sort of depicts the climax of the plot.

This is beautiful. You have the most amazing style. Realistic, but definitely your own. I really like this - it's got emotion, realism, decoration, and atmosphere, and the technical aspects like shading and accuracy are 100% there as well. I mean, what's not to like? Has to be a

You asked about the anatomy. Well, it looks like you followed the picture really well. It's the original photo that looks a little weird. I think the guy got flattened/narrowed in a photomanip program, and it just doesn't look much like they're kissing. She's so stiff! 
For some reason it's hard for me to tell whether her eyes are open or closed, both in your drawing and the photo.
