Zephyr is a curious lump, but he's also got the grace of a one-legged drunk puckoo. So when Daedalus is doing his important stuff, he has to take measures to make sure Zephyr doesn't 'help' too much. For REALLY important things, drastic measures must be taken. Good thing Zephyr is dumb as a puckoo too and just thinks it's all in good fun, and loves and praises everything Daedalus does.
