Description A cloud in the early stages of a tornado. At this point, it was on its side, rotating. If it had turned vertical, and touched ground, it would have become a tornado. Fortunately, it passed on by before it became one.

That's a cool looking cloud! Almost like some monster^^ I'd love to see a tornado one day, I know it brings a lot of destruction but in some way it is also very fascinating.

What you just described is actually the outflow of a downburst. This storm clearly has an established mesocyclone. Horizontal wind shear is invisible; once it's thrust upright, that's when it becomes a thunderstorm.
