A full completion of the fusion. Their flanks aren't the only things that fuse. The rest of their bodies fuse as well. This forms them into a single thicc alicorn, putting their plans of separation on hold for a long time. Kind of a what would happen piece if they said "it couldn't possibly get any worse"

What i ordered two pieces for this commission, each coming around 750 points each. This adds for a sum total of 1500 for the entire thing. The neat thing was that MLPConjoinment basically said I could file it as a 5 pony conjoinment piece which made it all the more easier.
Also, yeah I agree with your statement regarding conjoinment stories and the possibilities. I'm just thinking what would happen if said accident were to go one step further, forcing ponies into a single being. It creates more questions and possibilities. Are they unified harmoniously or is it a chaotic bond? Does the fusion pony have a unique identity or are they a manifestation of four minds sharing a body with either the worst or best qualities about them being expressed by the fusion?

True that, though you gotta admit its funny when a fusion argues amongst herself externally towards her internal component mares. Even though everypony else around her will be left with that beautiful poker face of confusion. Just not knowing what there arguing about makes what the fusion says all the more laughable, especially if its something absurd.
