George was given the power to shape shift taking the form of anything or anyone. He uses these skills to spy or take on opponents head on. Cyborg 007 is the comic relief in the group. He truly uses his acting skills and shapeshifting to help his teammates and to cheer them up. While good friends with 004 this contrast with his pessimistic nature. He helps his best friend Cyborg 006 with his restaurant. All George wants to do is to make amends with his ex wife.
