Description
After a long time I have finally did it! Here is my remake fancomic of the classic manga/anime Cyborg 009. For those that don't know One of course is Cyborg 009 based on the classic manga and anime by Shotaro Ishinomori who is well known for his creations of Kamen Rider and Power Rangers. Nine people from around the world are kidnapped by the evil Black Ghost organization and undergo experiments which turn them into cyborgs with superhuman powers. The Black Ghost's plan is to use these Cyborgs to start a Third World War in order to take over the world. However the Cyborgs turn against their creators and use everything in their power to stop the Black Ghosts plans of World Domination. The original manga touched upon issues such as the Cold War, Prejudice and the Environment...and be it that we still have those problems I think it is necessary for Cyborg 009 to have a modern update for the 2010s/2020s though I recommend you watch the 2001 anime. Also a few changes here such as 003, being Moroccan French, 005 is a Pawnee American Indian and 008 is from South Sudan. As you see with the cover here, I decided to add the countries that each Cyborg represents, though there is a coloring issue. 003 is suppose to be darker, but here she looks a lot paler.
