Here is the fight between Mecha-King Ghidorah vs Godzilla from the movie Godzilla vs King Ghidorah. After Godzilla demolished Ghidorah, Ghidorah was rebuilt as a Cyborg controlled by the humans to stop Godzilla's rampage.
